Ann (Weinstein) Seigel, 90, of Sarasota, Fla., formerly of West Hartford, died June 23. She was the wife of Jerome W. Seigel. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Edward and Kate (Beers) Weinstein. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Paul Seigel of New Haven, David Seigel of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and Marc Seigel of Elkton, Md.; her sister, Flora Perskie of Fort Lee, N.J.; nine grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her son Neal Seigel.
