Mildred Edith Bolton, 97, of Wallingford, formerly of Hamden, died Sept. 11. She was the widow of Albert Luis Bolton. Born in New Haven, she was the daughter of Isaac and Sarah (Krevolin) Chain. She was also predeceased by her siblings, Samuel Chain, Marion Berry, and Dorothy Mazza. She was a member of Mishkan Israel Synagogue in Hamden.  She is survived by her children, Marlene Brownstein and her husband Robert of Meriden, Robin Jomini and her husband Marc of Meriden, and Robert Bolton and his wife Debra of South Carolina; her grandchildren; Karyn (Russell) Brents of New Zealand, Jason (Hannah Bately) Bolton of Maine, and Sarah (Kevin) Francoeur of Arizona; her great-grandchildren, Hannah Alison LaVoie of Glastonbury and New Zealand, Mitchell Rogan Brents of New Zealand, Sebastian Goodman Brents of New Zealand, Nathaniel Stearns Bolton of Maine, Gavin Michael Francoeur of Arizona, and Hunter of Arizona; and many nieces and nephews.
