Richard (Dick) Stephen Blum, 86, of West Hartford, died July 11. He was the husband of Kendall (Kendy) Jackson. Raised in New Britain, he was the son of the late Louis and Ida Blum. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his cousin Sidney Birnbaum.
