Dr. Stuart Falk, 91, of Farmington, died Oct. 28. He was the husband of Vivian (Silver) Falk. He was the son of the late Louis and Julia (Levin) Falk. He served as a captain in the U.S. Army Medical Corps from 1955-1957 and in the Army Reserve. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Robert Falk of North Reading, Mass., Marsha Falk Deluse and husband Mark of Farmington, CT, and Michael Falk and wife Janice of Windsor; his grandchildren, Michelle and Alex Deluse, Becca Falk, Laura and Liz Falk; and his sister Carol (Falk) Zinman of Aventura, FL.
