Eva Kotovnikov, 64, of West Hartford died Oct. 25. She was the wife of Felix Kotovnikov. Born in Russia, she was the daughter of the late Gregory and Ida (Rabinovich) Viner. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Marina Kotovnikov and her husband David Lederer of Hartsdale, N.Y.; her grandchildren, Ben and Jake Lederer; and her brothers,
Peter Viner of West Hartford, and Boris Viner of Avon.
