Steven Michael Elovich, 68, of West Hartford and Kilfenora, Ireland, has died. He was the husband of Kathy Elovich. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Frances Neiditch Perelman. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Sarah of Oakland, Calif.; his siblings, Susan and Bob Zarchen of Miami, Fla., and Robert and Susan Elovich of Glastonbury; his mother-in-law Janice Sprogell; and his sisters-in-law Sarah and Mary.
