New Haven Mayor Toni Harp was on hand at the New Haven senior residence Tower One/Tower East on Tuesday, March 25, to sign the annual Days of Remembrance proclamation. An annual event, the proclamation is signed in memory of the victims of the Holocaust, proclaiming the hope that the world will overcome prejudice and inhumanity through vigilance, education and resistance.
