Rhoda K. Kurtzman, 83, of West Hartford, died Nov. 14. She was the wife of Gerald Kurtzman. Born in New York, she was the daughter of the late Fannie and Jacob Kalmis. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Daniel and Sandi.
