Barbara C. Rosenthal, 87, of Orange, died Jan. 14. Born in York, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Abraham and Sophie (Kramer) Cohn. She is survived by her daughter, Connie (Milender) Goebel and her husband Jay Goebel of Milford; her grandchildren, Alec Goebel and Sally Goebel; her sister-in-law, Helaine (Rosenthal) Meyers; and many nieces, nephews, and their families.
