Joan M. (Roznar) Stahl, 64, of West Hartford, died April 3. She was the wife of Lawrence Stahl. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Lillian Roznar of West Hartford and the late Joseph Roznar. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her sister Debbie Roznar of Newington; her aunt Harriett Atkins; her uncle Jack Mishkin,;and several cousins.
