Jerome Nisselbaum, PhD, 91, died April 20. He was the husband of Elaine Nisselbaum. He was born in Hartford. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sister, Rhoda Steinberg; his children, Paula, Zvi, and Nancy; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
