Arthur “Red” Kleinberg, 87, of Hamden, died March 24. He was the husband of Abby (Alderman) Kleinberg. Born in New Haven, he was the son of the late Julius and Ruth (Weinstein) Kleinberg. In 1953, he enlisted in the U.S. Army in the 39th Infantry Regiment stationed in Germany. He is survived by his children, Julie Lamb and her husband Robert, and Barry Kleinberg and his wife Lisa; and his grandchildren, Michael and Matthew Kleinberg and Will Lamb.
