Barbara Rosenberg Block, 80, of Southbury, formerly of Hamden, died Dec.16,. She was the wife of the late Herbert H. Block. She was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Mildred Braun Rosenberg of New Rochelle, N.Y. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Lisa Block of Hamden, and son Lee (Michelle) Block of Gilroy, Calif.; her granddaughters, Sarah and Lauren Block; her sister Phyllis and (Joseph) Wasserman; and her sister-in-law Harriet Block
