Last week, soon after the Ledger went to press with our May 4 edition, we received a letter to the editor written by Hartford Seminary President Heidi Hadsell, in response to the previous week’s oped “Hartford Seminary’s Shameful Ties to Syria’s Dictator” by Stephen Schwartz.  Since we could not publish the letter in our print edition until May 11, we immediately posted the response on our website. Since then, we have received two letters in response to Heidi Hadsell’s letter.  A response from Stephen Schwartz, and comment from Richard Rubenstein.
