Arnold R. Fischer, 84, of Bloomfield, died Nov. 13. He was the husband of Shirley (DeSio) Fischer. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Frank and Sarah (Frager) Fischer. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Michael S. (Shelley) Fischer, Lenore T. (Quinton) Gray, and Robin N. (William) Leete; and his grandchildren, Daniel E. Gray, Jennifer and Zachary Leete, Eric, Jared and Corey Fischer.
