Best Buy funds CAIR banquet

The Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) recently listed Best Buy as a Platinum Sponsor for its 5th Anniversary Banquet.
The technology retail giant agreed to fund the dinner despite the fact that CAIR was one of three Islamic organizations labeled by federal prosecutors as an “unindicted co-conspirator” supporting Hamas, an internationally recognized terrorist group.
The Investigative Project on Terrorism also shows that the U.S. government has listed CAIR as a member of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee and other relevant organizations.
“Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant,” Omar Ahmad, CAIR’s co-founder and longtime board chairman, had said. “The Quran should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on earth.”
