Shirley Hochheiser, 94, of Stratford, died April 12. She was the widow of Irving Hochheiser. Born in Chicago, Ill. and raised in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Frieda Phillips. She was a long-time member of Congregation Rodeph Sholom. She is survived by her sons, Bill (Melissa) of Albuquerque, N.M., and Stephen (Joe) of Pacifica, Calif.; her granddaughters; Rachel Schwartz of Bethesda, Md., Julie Ilkovich of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Karen Hochheiser of New Orleans, La.; and her great-grandchildren, Hannah and Joshua Schwartz.
