Anna Gurvich, 75, of West Hartford, died Sept. 11 in Hartford. She was the wife of Boris Gurvich. Born in Vinnitsa, Ukraine, she was the daughter of Sophia and Meir Kaplun. In 1977, Anna and Boris, with their son Alex, immigrated as political refugees to Chicago.In addition to her husband, she is survived by her brother Misha Kaplun; her son Alex Gurvich, and his wife,  Jessica; and her grandson, Julien.
