Sadie “Syd” Kaufman, formerly of Windsor, died April 6. She was the widow of Phillip Kaufman. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Ely and Rachel (Koor) Lassman. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her brothers, Sol, Mickey, and Peter Lassman; her sisters, Ann B. Lassman and Rhoda Singer; and several nieces and nephews. CARMON FUNERAL HOME
