Arnold “Arnie” Miller, 83, of Bloomfield died Oct. 16. He was the husband of Rita Miller. Born in Waterbury, he was the son of Joseph and Doris Miller. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Lauren Cattel and her husband Mark of Rocky Hill, and Stewart Miller and his wife Wanda of Unionville; and his grandchildren, Anna, Jacob, Sam and Noah. He was also predeceased by his sisters, Barbara Saxe and Marilyn Coppersmith.
