Marion J. Mindel, 96, of Longmeadow, Mass., died Oct. 12. Born in Middletown, she lived in Springfield for 70 years. She was a member of Temple Beth El in Longmeadow. She is survived by her sons, Steve Mindel and his wife, Susan Leuchter of West Dummerston, Vt., and Bob Mindel and his wife, Sheila Yossem of Hartsdale, N.Y.; her grandchildren, Joe (Megan Conroy), Will, Lauren and Erica; her great-grandchildren, River, Eden and Wilder; and her brother Sanford (Buddy) Solomon of Waltham. She was also predeceased by her brother, Edwin Solomon, and her sister, Shirley Mindel.
