Edwin R. Abrams, 96, of New Haven, died Nov. 7. He was the husband of Shirlee (Krause) Abrams. Born in New Haven, he was the son of the late Louis and Minnie (Gross) Abrams. He served in the Army Air Corps as a bombardier on a B-17 during World War II. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Ken Abrams and Nancy Abrams and her husband Abie, both of New Haven. He was also predeceased by his brother Sherman M. Abrams.
