Richard Steier, 96, died on Feb. 9. He was the widower of Eleanor Steier. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps and the OSS during World War II. He is survived by his children: Mark (Holly) Steier, Rod (Elena) Steier, Cindy (Glen Briden) Steier and Dan (Lisa) Steier; his grandchildren, Rachel White, Lydia Steier, Shana Uthgenannt, Rebecca Steier, Ted Steier, Jesse Delaney, Emily Petronis, Andrew Steier, Carly Steier, Julia Steier and Michael Steier; his great-grandchildren, Alanna, Liza and Charlie Uthgenannt and Joshua and Abigail White.
