Beatrice (Shafman) Klein, 86 years of age, of Somerset, NJ, formerly of Windsor, died Thursday, March 10, 2011. She was the widow of Frederick Klein. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Isadore and Rebecca Shafman.
She leaves her son, David H. Klein and his wife Janice of Hillsborough, NJ; her daughter, Linda Rothstein and her husband Richard of Plymouth, MA; and five grandchildren, Sarah, Sam, Lori, Lisa and Jaime. Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 13, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford with interment in the Hartford Mutual Society Cemetery, Wolcott Rd., East Granby. A memorial period will be observed at the Klein residence at 21 McMannus Drive, Hillsborough, NJ, Monday, March 14 and Tuesday March 15. Shiva services will begin each evening at 7:30 PM.
