Jessie (Dannin) Herstoff, 95, of Newport, R.I. died March 2.  She was the widow of Milton Herstoff and Dr. Frederick Dannin.  Born in Fall River, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Charles and Molly Lidman. She is survived by her children, Cynthia (Dannin) Ward of West Hartford, and Robert Dannin of New York, N.Y.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
