Philip L. Segal, 92, of Lebanon died April 13. He was the husband of Annie (Goldstein) Segal. He was the son of the late Morris and Annie Segal. Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Herbert (Tanya) Segal of Bolton, and Linda (Vincent) Roma of Carmel, N.Y.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and his sister, Lena Hoult of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. He was predeceased by his son Larry Segal, and seven brothers and sisters.
