CT cantors honor Israel’s fallen

Connecticut Cantors Connect – a group of area cantors founded by Cantor Sanford Cohn of The Emanuel Synagogue in West Hartford and Cantor Deborah Katchko-Gray of Temple Shearith Israel in Ridgefield – honored Israel’s fallen at an Israel Remembrance Day performance held at Temple Shearith Israel on May 9. The cantors sang music written by Israeli composers, as well as a special prayer for the State of Israel.
