Marvin S. Bloom of Simsbury died Sept. 11. He was the husband of Sandra ‘Sandy’ (Ganezer) Bloom. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Jacob and Lee (Budkofsky) Bloom. He served in the U.S. Air Force. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters Karen Ellen Wyckoff of West Hartford, and Lisa Page (Mark) Lubka of Simsbury; his grandchildren Colby Sara Wyckoff, Kathryn Amanda Wyckoff, Alexander Max Lubka and Jessie Lee Lubka; and his brother, Dr. Craig Yale Bloom.
