Sybil Elion Sanders of Boynton Beach, Fla. and West Hartford died Oct. 19. She was the widow of Newton (Nicky) Sanders. Born in New London, she is survived by her children, Jonathan Sanders of New York and Ellen Sanders-Nirenstein of West Hartford; and her grandchildren Joy Nirenstein of San Francisco and Ross Nirenstein of West Hartford.  She was predeceased by her daughter-in-law Mary (Rosenfeld) Sanders.
