Frances Perelman of Florida, formerly of West Hartford, died on Dec. 15. She was the widow of Lawrence. She was the daughter of the late Israel and Dorothy (Segal) Neiditch. She is survived by her children, Susan (Bob) Zarchen of Miami, Fla., Steve (Kathy) Elovich of West Hartford, and Robert (Susan) Elovich of Glastonbury; her grandchildren, Louis (Janet) Zarchen, John Zarchen, Sarah Elovich, Peter (Kate) Elovich of Glastonbury; and her great-grandsons, Nicholas and Matthew Zarchen. She was predeceased by her brothers, Seymour (Tim) and Melvin.
