Charlotte Miskin, 92, of West Hartford, formerly of Hartford, died Dec. 19. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Rose Miskin. She was predeceased by her four brothers and her sister. She is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
