JOSEPH BLAIKIE, son of Emily and Nicholas Blaikie, will celebrate his bar mitzvah in Israel on Monday, Feb. 20.  He is a member of Temple Israel in Westport.

NOA MALONE, daughter of Charlotte Bower and Ron Malone, will celebrate her bat mitzvah on Saturday, Feb. 18 at The Emanuel Synagogue in West Hartford.
