Kosher sushi as well as an assortment of Chinese dishes have come to Waterbury.  ShopRite of Waterbury, in conjunction with Eden Wok restaurant of New Rochelle, N.Y., has begun offering take-out Kosher sushi and Chinese food, prepared daily (except for Shabbat) at its Waterbury supermarket.  All food preparation is under the strict supervision of the Vaad Ha Kashrus of greater Waterbury.  ShopRite is located at 943 Wolcott Street in Waterbury.
