Julia (Bromberg) Sigal, 92, of West Hartford, died March 14. She was the widow of Julius Siegal and Saul Eisenberg. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Bella and Morris Bromberg. She is survived by her children, Joel (Clare) Sigal of Selkirk, N.Y., Marilyn (Joseph, Jr.) Harper, of Berlin, and Andrea (Dr. Stephen) Pillsbury of Avon; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
