Minna (Sarrett) Panzer, 97, of West Hartford, formerly of Great Neck, N.Y., died April 15.  She was the widow of Irving Panzer. She is survived by her children, Carol Mihal and her husband Bill of Glastonbury, Jill of Fairfield, Iowa, Jonathan of Ithaca, N.Y., and Kenneth and his wife, Susan of Roslyn, NY, and five grandchildren.
