Jay Burton Israel, 90, of Framingham, Mass. died July 7. Raised in Willimantic, he was the son of the late Carl and Celia (Stutz) Israel, and was brought up in Willimantic. He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. He was predeceased by his friend Lillian Ginsburg. He is survived by his brother William Israel of Norwalk.
