SETH ZABIN of Woodbridge has been awarded the 2012 High School Senior Award  from the Emma K. Podoloff Scholarship Fund of National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW), Greater New Haven Section. NCJW is a volunteer organization devoted to improving the quality of life for women, children and families.
