Eli S. Solcoff, 85, of Delray Beach, Fla., formerly of Hamden, died Feb. 21. He was the husband of Roslyn (Kosowsky) Solcoff and the late Selma (Rosen) Solcoff. Born in New Haven, he was the son of the late Louis and Betty (Silver) Solcoff. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Phyllis (Richard) Sykes of Boca Raton, Fla., and Barry (Abby) Solcoff of Newton, Mass.; and his grandchildren, Robert, Alexa and Spencer.
