Southern New England Jewish LedgerScott Bernstein, M.D., 60, of West Hartford, died April 28. He was the husband of Nancy Palmbaum Bernstein. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Megan Bernstein and her husband Scott Katz of Andover, Mass., and Julie Bernstein of New York.
