Muriel Lillian (Jainchill) Schaffman, 88, of West Hartford, died May 31. She was the widow of Stuart L. Schaffman. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Nettie (Bernstein) Schaffman. She is survived by her children, Mark Schaffman and his wife Nancy of Silver Spring, Md., and Susan Wyler of Chapel Hill, NC; and her granddaughter Amy Natanya Schaffman.
