Dr. Barbara Bard, 79, of West Hartford, died August 18. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of Jack and Rose Fink. She is survived by her children, Jennifer Bard, and Eli Bard and his wife Elizabeth; her granddaughter, Madeline; and her sister Elinor Klingher. WEINSTEIN MORTUARY
