Phyllis Sacks Cohen, 85, of Milford, formerly of Fairfield, died Dec. 3. She was the widow of A.Malcolm Cohen. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Nettie (Alta) Binkovich Sacks and Max Sacks. She is survived by her daughters, E.J. Cohen of Concord, N.H., Melanie Cohen Scheibenpflug and her husband Jack of Manchester, and Randi Cohen and her husband William Coblenz of Arlington, Va; her brother-in-law Byron Bayles of Long Island, N.Y.; and her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Abbe and Irene Cohen, of Brookline Mass.; and many nieces and nephews and their families.
