Edith Berigow Grossman, 96, of West Hartford, died April 20. She was the widow of Herman Grossman. Born in Norwalk, she was the daughter of Harry and Dora Berigow. She is survived by her brother Walter Berigow and his wife Helene of Florida; her children, Jill Ruffkess Stoner of West Hartford, and Jed Grossman and his wife Stephanie of Aiken, S.C.; her grandchildren, Dorie and Seth Cohen of Upper Saddle River, N.J., Wendy Ruffkess Freed of West Hartford, Sarah Jersose and her husband Jason of Gretna, Va., and Adam Grossman of Aiken, S.C.; and her great-grandchildren, Matthew, Joshua, Abigail, Marissa, Ali and Lily Anna.
