Hanna J. Ticotsky, 98, of Hartford, formerly of Bloomfield and West Hartford, died April 5. She was the widow of Samuel Ticotsky. Raised in Waterbury, she was the daughter of the late Isadore and Esther Jacobs. She is survived by her niece Gail Mangs and her family, and many other nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren. WEINSTEIN MORTUARY
