Diane G. Cole, of Pikesville, Md., formerly of Fairfield and Cheshire, announces the engagement of her daughter, Melissa Judith Cole, to Jason Daniel Levy, the son of Leonard and Shelley Levy of Gaithersburg, Md. Melissa is also the daughter of the late Richard M. Cole and the sister of Scott and Howard Cherry.

The future bride is public relations account director with Cohn & Wolfe.

The future groom is director and founder of JDL Films.
