DOVID MENDEL and LEVI MENACHEM LAX were born on Nov. 4 at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, Pa. The twin boys are the sons of Wendy (Miller) and Andrew Lax of Bala Cynwyd. Dovid and Levi are the grandchildren of Sue and Stuart Miller of Groton, and Sheila and Peter Lax of Philadelphia, Pa.
