Beatrice (Kroopnick) Lassman, 96, of Port Charlotte, Fla., formerly of West Hartford, died Jan. 20. She was the widow of Samuel (Mickey) Lassman. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Abraham and Clara (Rome) Kroopnick. She is survived by her sister, Miriam Weisman of Needham, Mass.; and her brother Seymour Kroopnick and his wife Ina of Avon; her children, Kenneth Lassman of Boynton Beach, Fla. and Michelle Rosen of Port Charlotte, Fla.; her grandchildren, Andrew and Joshua Rosen, and Lindsay Ben Joseph and Daniel Lassman; and her two great-grandchildren, Ethan Ben Joseph and Hannah Rosen.
