Beatrice Cohn Kagan, 93, of West Hartford, died FEb. 28. She was the widow of Robert Ronald Kagan. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Samuel and Anna (Ostrofsky) Cohn. She was a longtime member of The Emanuel Synagogue. She is survived by her children, Shirley Stengel and her husband Lewis of Bloomfield, Arthur Kagan and his wife Jeanne of West Hartford, and Stephen Kagan of Newington; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
