Taube Gurland, 76, of Hamden, died Sept. 11. She was the widow of Irwin S. Gurland. Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of Esther and Isadore Weinstein. She is survived by her sister, Judy Goldberg of Israel; her children, Rachel Frishberg and her husband, Allan, and Ira Gurland and his wife Greer; and her grandchildren, Isaac and Erica Frishberg, and Ian, Russell, Nathaniel, Sophie and Samuel Gurland.
