Martin William Sachs, 82, of Westport, died Jan. 27. He was the husband of Jane Sugarman Sachs, Born in New Haven, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Lillian Sachs. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his brother Joel Sachs; his nephew, David and his wife Ellen; and his niece Erica and her husband Mark.
